Chris,

I have an old Beechcraft tow bar and we used the inside diameter of the tow bar forks to measure the round ends.  The the holes are matched to the bolts holding the fork together, @ 2" on center.  The aluminum bar was @ 3/4" stock and we had to radius the back of the bar to accept the nose fork leg.  Tom Siminski may have a better idea.  Any good machine shop could make it.
