Hi Joe,
I had the same issue on mine and had to add glass to both wings.
I also used small squares of aluminum sheet with a #30 hole as a reinforcement in some of the rivet locations. I installed them while riveting.
This was a recommendation in the section that showed mounting the wingtip lights.
Hope Zenith sees this and makes an improvement for future builders. Not a major issue, but....
Still thrilled to be building - thanks to a great over-all kit.
