Joe - I've been looking at your pictures; makes me want to build another. One thing I saw, your stiffeners you added in the wing. I made what I called some "ghost ribs"; mostly full size ribs (like a normal rib) made from .016 and placed in the same bays where you have your stiffeners. They catch both the top and bottom skin. The only difference is I stopped them from going pass the rear spar to the trailing edge (just like your stiffeners. Three in each wing; added less than a pound to each wing. Just a thought.
