I have the cuts and scrapes to prove my point. :)

When you start fitting the front fuselage to the rear, I would sand/deburr all of the parts and skin sides first, rather than during the hole deburring. You have to fit in a lot of tight spots and having smooth metal to rub against your skin is much better than the raw cut aluminum.
