Right, I have it on so I can test the cowl fit, then do whatever I need to do. Roger told me he had to cut the baffle. Bending it sounds better.

Good looking oil cooler install. The larger cooler (vs, 7 bar) should help engine life and get things off on the right foot.

You should install baffle before mounting. Bend lower lip up and attach baffle material to that rather than L angle. Keep in mind that it is going to be a tight fit for the cowl.
