I installed the front bottom skins in two pieces. The 3M glue just seems to slow the whole process down... each side is about 4 hrs work to rivet in and the 3M has about a 5 hr working time with 1 - 2 day cure. Installing the rear bottom skin in one piece was 10 hr ordeal working alone in the garage.

Bob, is there any requirements in terms of keeping the shop to a certain temperature for the glue to set . I know for a fact that big swing in temperature has an effect on hole alignments in aluminum !! I learnt that the hard way...
