I laminated 1/8 aluminum to the form and then relieved the nose area about 15-20 degrees to work the nose radius smooth.

They look the business Tim. I would like to remake a complete set of forms for the CH-750 for myself. I didn't have a lot of material available and ended up cutting the smaller forms out of the ones that I had already made parts from. I have also been tempted to try press them with hard rubber in a press of sorts as opposed to forming them with a mallet.
