also - the perspective of the camera distorts the pictures - the 4 larger central holes are all the same standard instrument size. The larger hole to the right of the 4-pack is for a Stewart-Warner diesel tach, which uses a gear tooth counter on the starter ring gear and tops out at 3500 rpm. the 4-pack is, in clockwise order starting with the upper left (larger) hole is, ASI, ALT, VSI, TCOORD.

P.S. fly cut any holes FIRST...then simply eXacto knife the veneer after glueing.

Wayne- I'm honored. I cut a piece of 3/4" ply so your panel will fit over it, and use an old rolling pin (or don't tell your wife you used hers) to press it really well. 3M 77 is awesome.

Scott - it is all done by hand with a fly cutter, multi-step bit, and drilling and filing.
