also - the perspective of the camera distorts the pictures - the 4 larger central holes are all the same standard instrument size. The larger hole to the right of the 4-pack is for a Stewart-Warner diesel tach, which uses a gear tooth counter on the starter ring gear and tops out at 3500 rpm. the 4-pack is, in clockwise order starting with the upper left (larger) hole is, ASI, ALT, VSI, TCOORD.
Scott - it is all done by hand with a fly cutter, multi-step bit, and drilling and filing.
