Thanks John,  I think I'll use Phil Cronje's windshield install method of pre-drilling thru the tubes and then eyeballing thru the acrylic into tube holes.  Fitting and trimming my Z strips to the cabin frame and door header now and then will start my pre-drilling into the frame tubes.

Thanks John,

I fit and drilled top window last night and do not like the way the trailing edge meets the rear top skin of the fuselage. Too much of an angle to fasten with thru bolts I fear... nor, do I have the fitment of the curve of the leading edge, windshield and top trim piece reconciled yet.  Oh well...
