Brian, I am building the 650. Its flaps have 3 bends in it. There will be more pictures tomorrow showing the finished flap. You are building the 750 Cruzer. If I am not mistaken it has flaperons so "apples and oranges" here.

These are the skins for the flaps??? Are the bent over 3X before it's complete?

I rough cut the second flap sheet to somewhat match the first sheet. Later I trimmed them at the same time (cleco'd together) with a router to their final shape.
