Here are the left and right aileron skins. I laid out the rivet holes and cut lines while they were one atop the other.

I use a router with a 1/2" carbide edge trimming bit to cut my sheet to final size. I draw the required trim line and sandwich it between two pieces of 3/4" MDF and rout. It comes out only needing a little filing.

The only difference between the two is the direction the skin is bent to make one for the right side and the other for the left side.
