Hi Mark, looks like your making great progress on your CH 750 and the Corvair project. I notice you do not have the intake tubes on your heads yet in the pic above. Not sure if you were planning to weld or bolt on those intake tubes. I tried a bolt-on approach very early in my project and never could solve the vacuum leak issues regardless of the many gasket materials I tried. This was all solved when I finally had my intake tubes welded on and have nearly 500 happy hours on my Corvair to date. Just my two cents to share when I was enjoying reviewing your project photos.
