I don't use a TA I am and A&P so they said it would be a waste of their time. the ripples are a non issue lots of planes (Cessna's) also have them. The thinner the metal the more apparent they are. they will change in different temp also as the metal expands or contracts.

Working on my flaperons. Did your TA have anything to say about the ripples where the skin meets the ribs? Thx.
