75-FA-10 Fuselage Doubler Kit - Version 1 CH750
When my baggage panel developed stress cracks at 80 hrs flight time I contacted Zenith for repair instructions. I was sent this kit to install. Removal of the baggage area floor and rivets along the control rod cover allowed me to complete this repair with the minimal disturbance to my completed airframe. A tall 6ft 130lb flying buddy Tomas Kawasaki was able to stand up in the belly hatch and back drill the A4 rivet in the kit "U" channel that now runs along both sides of the baggage panel. Zenith needs (Super Size) the belly access hatch, extend it 4 inches rearward to be of any use to old "Ballast Bob".
