Hi Mark,
My quadrant sits on top of the console. I had an adapter made for the interface between the quadrant and the face of the console. The quadrant is from AeroVee.
I will send you some photos.

Very nice! Do you have a shot of the linkages below that quadrant? I looked at one for mine, but with the fuel lines, fuel selector and dual sticks I couldn't figure out how it would all fit in that area! :(

I like that quadrant, mine is mounted a little further back.
