I know how it feels ... enjoy the moment:
I picked up my brand-new Cessna Stationair C206H (141 kt cruise) in Independence, Kansas in January, 1999. It was a "severe clear" January day with a 50 kt tailwind out of the west. Imagine my euphoria as I flew home in a brand-new airplane - checkbook still smoking - with a 200 kt groundspeed!
Alas, that's the last time I ever saw 200 kts! :>(
