I am planning to paint my wings and ailerons, so I added an access plate to the lower skin by the tip. This allows adjustment of the balance weights after painting.

Larry- It looks good.  My mass balance arm strikes the bottom skin same place that yours does. Don't know if you intend to keep the weights all in the inboard side like in this picture, but i think that's what I will do to prevent interference with the tip.
