The female flanging dies are the easiest to make. The males require a bit more work and can be tricky.  If you have someone walk you through it, it is actually a fun experience.

I have done a lot of research on the dies.  From Zenith builders to RV builders, they all are using a standard 45 degree angle.  This makes it easy when you use a 45 router bit

I have a questions about flanging dies, what are the proper angles of the dies and the depths of the dies? I have looked in my plans and cannot seem to locate that information.
