For you other Jabiru owners. I put the end of the hose over the exhaust pipe so it heats the intake, its the cold weather weak link. The intake must be preheated according to Pete at Jabiru USA. I use the Black and Decker heater pictured with a moving blanket draped over the cowling. The heater can be pivoted on the frame so I point it straight up with it over the exhaust pipe with the hose contracted. I'm in a hanger, maybe out in the open over lap two moving blankets so they hang down further on each side and give it more time. Start it immediately upon getting the heater off and take it with you along with an extension cord so you get back. It will fit in the luggage compartment but, not much room for other stuff, hope this helps. IIf you don't have plug in power use a generator.
