You gotta admit, the Brazilians sure do a good job of dressing up the Zenith kits. This is a gorgeous CH-640 assembled by Ibraex.

Your 640 is beautiful! You obviously did not use the cowl that came with the kit. If yours was like mine, you had to do something different. Is this a modification of the kit cowl or a new custom made fiberglass cowl. If you have more pictures of the cowl fabrication process, I would like to see them as I am about do start a new cowl for my 640. Any help or advise would be appreciated. Thanks Geoffrey Alexander
