Took the entire week-end to get this to fit right. Had to butcher the air intake inlet to get everything to fit properly. This thing does not fit very well without a lot of work! :( At least it's on now. Going to install aluminum trim inside with epoxy on the edges to reinforce them, but for now the worse is over! :D

Hi Mark,
I see you're getting REAL CLOSE to flying !!! Good work; the finishing touches are the MOST TIME CONSUMING activities. Done right, your plane plane will be a looker ! From 100 feet in the air, it really doesn't make a difference if you had to butcher part of your cowl !!! As long as it fits and not rub on anything. Leave good clearance all around.
