Thanks Stephen, that's good to know. I already started disassembling the damaged parts. I hope I'll have the shopping list by next week to be able to make the decision.

Wow, that is a bum deal. There was a 701 damaged about like that in this area. I was fixed and is flying again.

So... I had an accident. I landed just into a dust devil. It caught me when I was less then a meter above ground, turned me 270 degrees and I threw me onto an avocado tree.
I got out without a scratch, the avocados are also fine. However, the plane is damaged.
The front gear collapsed, the engine mount and the front frame bended. The rudder, the elevator and the left wing are also damaged. Now I have to see if it worth fixing it. The plane is more than 10 years old but I really like flying it. I will make a list of parts and check it with Zenith.
