Looking for the best way to get that rivet out

Thanks for the comment, I think the pulled side is acceptable though if it is easy to take the rivet out completely and redo it I might like to do it, seems like an important join there at the wing root rib.

I had a few rivets break the shaft like the picture and rather than risk messing up some skins etc I was joining, I used a dremel tool and cut the shaft flush with the head of the rivet. Obviosly, you must feel the pulled side of the rivet is acceptable and you will end up with someone looking closely and asking why that rivet looks different.  Jerry
