Brand New Ultra Light Pilot Licence
My buddy "Big Dave" after opening the morning mail to recieve his Ultra Light Pilot licence (LSA in USA) from Transport Canada. Dave had started to learn GA Private Licence years ago but the demands or work and family frustrated that goal. You can't wipe that winning smile off his face :>)
