Online Community of Zenith Builders and Flyers
I spent the day with fellow Zenair CH601HDS builder Jerry Latimer. I'm in Arizona for a couple weeks and met Jerry in Mesa, AZ at the CAF Museum. This is a flying piece of history. I like to visit with other builders, check out their projects and hangar fly in general. Jerry and I got together a year ago when he flew his CH601HDS to Glendale Az airport to meet me for lunch. Jerry is based in Chandler Az.

Thomas... "Have sunshine will travel." I fly back to Canada on Friday. Maybe we can plan something for next February 2014?
Because it is a flying aircraft, and used to give public rides you could access every part of the aircraft while parked on the ramp. I had never had that oppourtunity before and it left me with the knowledge it was a young man's (18 - 21 yrs) aircraft with no way a guy my size (5'-10" & 210lb) could fit the turrent guns or crawl into the tailgunner turrent. They were all young men about 125 - 175 lbs and 5'-2" to 5'-10" in hieght.
Lucky you !!!
A bit bigger than your 750/601 ....
