Rear panel is 0.040 thick... I just checked my own pictures "previous" to see what I used. The rear panel was not supplied in the kit.
This is the panel supplied in the kit. I call it the "pretty panel" as its the one you paint and rivet the the real panel which is traced to fit inside the folded corners from the back of this panel. Rear working or duplicate panel is 0.030 thick, and it has the radio mounting trays riveted to it is made by tracing this panel over it. Drill a hole all 4 corners and "connect the holes" (cut out) with the Olfa knife.
