The valve is made by Matco, available directly from them I believe. I sourced through Aircraft Spruce.

I came thru the middle since both lines had to go into and out of the valve. It will be a bit of a challenge securing the lines in the tunnel with Adel clamps but certainly doable best I can tell...
I plan on running a few wires thru the tunnel, or maybe the the coax for the radio and/or ELT
