I used two 2x4's and a 1x4 about three feet long to make a jig to bend the cabin longerons. I also used a 1/2 x 1 and put it under the outside part of the longeron (not shown) and pushed down with a lot of weight keeping a carefull eye to avoid a twist. I really worried about this bend, but it turned out to be one of the easiest things I've done. The screws shown here were screwed down when I was bending it. I am very pleased with the results!
