Carl Bertrand's CH701 with Rotax 912 80 hp. A good performer with variable pitch prop. Carl installed straight headers to get rid of engine heat and gain more power. Carl (right) and Bob Stuart (left)a fellow CH701 builder.

Hi Bob,
You got to tell us more about that wing and performances... Or get Carl to show off !!!
Really like what he did.
And YES, it really sucks to get out again ...I wanted to buy that hangar but its owner didn't know if he was going to buy another plane... He told me 99.9% chance he wouldn't and I could buy his hangar. Well, it did not turn out the way I tought it would.
Regards,
Norm

The wing is a Clark Y6B airfoil (I think?) with automatic custom retractable leading edge slats that operate on airspeed. Deploy when slow and retract in cruise.
That is one nice polished 701 on floats.... cant wait to see that prop's performnce on takeoff...
Thanks for sharing.
Bob? do you miss your 750?? -:)
