CH701 / CH750 Wheel Skis
Bob Stuart (CH701 plans builder) helped out with the welding of the 4130 steel axle assembly. Note the heavy steel base and clamps... the steel tubes will warp or twist the steel "U" base if not clamped tight. Welding is time consuming, but at least its a warm place to work in the -30C winter weather.
