Hi Phil,
I'm racing to fly this year !!! No snow yet and I hope we don't get any ...Not got to happen :-(
Hangar space is nice but the rent is a Killer. At a certain point, you need to get space to put everything back together and that takes a lot of space which I didn't have before. Also, the hangar is heated so you can work there 12 onths/year without freezing to death. That's quite a bonus for me.

It's really comming together now. Looks as though you like a bit of the old water runway also. I bet you are racing to finish paint before your first snow or has that already happened? Wish I had a shed as big as yours.
