CH701/CH750 Wheel Skis
Wheel skis attach with the solid 4130 steel bolt through the hollow centre of the standard kit MATCO 3/4" axle. You remove the cotter pin from the wheel axle castle nut... but I think we can agree its not going to come off with the ski bolted in place. Once fitted to the aircraft mounting ski is a 1/2 hour job, roll the tire over the front of the ski, lift up to axle and slide the ski axle bolt in place.
