"Change in plans" the front ski design used a solid 3/4" axle stub bored with a 5/16" hole to attach to the wheel axle. Problem was that when tightened the bolt did not allow the ski to pivot up & down. Drilled out the 3/4" solid to 1/2" and made this bushing 1/2" OD X 5/16" ID and slightly (1/4") longer than the stub axle on the ski. Now when properly torqued the AN5 bolt prevents the 5/8" wheel axle from turning and allows the ski to pivot freely. I should have made the front ski stub axle out of the same tube I used on the main skis, this would have saved the work drilling the stub out to 1/2" bore.
