There is no return fuel line. I built as an Advanced Ultra light Aircraft (AULA) in Canada equivelent to LSA in USA. So I have different rules. Example - no carb heat required. I actually should have mounted the fuel flow cube in the line from the engine fuel pump to the carbs...but the factory Rotax fuel lines had a fitting on the end that bolted right into the adapter on the cube which bolted into the fuel rail. (Princess Auto air header) Rotax (Kodiak Research) in B.C. is currently developing the Rotax 912iS engine FWF kit for the CH750.  This also means a Dynafocal engine mount for the CH750 airframe. The return fuel line stuff is a big part of the fuel injection installation development.

Bob, I can see in this image that you have installed a red cube fuel flow transducer before mechnical pump. Do you have a return fuel line? If yes, to where, fuel tank or gascolator? Do you have another red cube to measure fuel return?

Mark

If you got last months Zenith Builders newsletter & companion DVD you would have seen Mark Townsends spoof of "Princess Auto" a Canadian automotive supply store... or Harbour Frieght in the USA. The fuel rail is a $10 air hose header, mounted with AN hardware through Alum. tube stand-offs. Does this answer your question?

Bob where did you get the fuel rail? I have googled Princess Aero and get nothing.

Jimmy, as long as your using a Rotax then the location of the gascollator will work. IF your installing a Jabiru 3300 then you will not have room in this location.

I like the gascolator location. If it works out there, it eliminates some drag & puts it out of site. I'll sure consider that location when I get to that part of my build.
