They are custom made from broken pieces of wheel pants from airplane salvage. I built a Lancair long ago, so I know how to cut and fiberglass and sand... and then throw it away and start another until it looks correct. My speed is + 5 to 7 mph faster. The gals say it looks sexy.. of course that could be the cape.
