I've been using 6oz cloth and Pro-SET LAM-135 Medium Viscosity Laminating Resin and LAM-226 Medium Laminating Hardener for the modification work I'm doing on my cowling. It takes a long long time for this mix to setup. Look for my posting in the ULPower forum for details.
Hi Timothy, I purchased an 8 oz. carbon fiber kit from Ebay. Not sure of the weight or brand. Takes forever to set up. My first-time using carbon fiber. I prefer fiber glass.
How many layers, what weight of fabric, and brand of resin are you using?
