My cowling was one of the first run of about 15 when the newest version became available. They even sent me the old style inside duct for the chin scoop despite that fact that there is no use for it. I don't yet know what if any cooling issues I will have but the engine is the newest version with more and bigger cooling fins on the heads so we'll soon see how it all plays out.

Thanks guys! I'm glad you liked it. The cooling ducts are the Ram Air Ducts that are standard in the FWF package from Jabiru USA for a Jab 3300 on a CH601XL. The instructions require you to glass in the front air dam and small deflectors directly over the first two cylinders on each side. The already have a hole on the medial surface near the front to bleed air over the crankcase but we have to add a pipe from each one to blow air on the ignition coils.I will add a couple of photos that show the ducts inbetter detail.
