Maybe Zenith will comp you a new door.  My dad always said  " you'll never get anything if you don't ask for it".  worth a try.

10 hours on the plane so far. This happened yesterday in heavy turbulance. Locks were latched but door folded. Luckily it stayed on the plane but will be 500.00 for a new door. Could have been better designed. Has this happened to others?  We are working on a fix with additional latches and maybe a brace for the door. Plane will be placed in time out for a bit.
