Fan in opposite end of single car garage. Simply adjust fan speed until you have negative pressure. If adjoining door slam, you have it.

With respect to priming tip: you need to restrict where the air is coming from. if another door or window is open besides the garage door you may get back flow or not enough vacuum to keep the fumes from escaping. Also, you only want to draw a slight negative pressure and restrict any flows from other than through the dedicated space as you could draw CO or something worse from a furnace or wood stove. Also, you have to have good PPE when using any chemicals. With ZC it dries really fast and once its all dry and any open tins or sold rags are contained the fumes will dissipate very quickly, although I often leave the fan running for some time afterward to ensure all is dry.
