Got the rudder pedals installed and attached to the brake cylinders. The pedals are way too stiff, I need to figure out what to use to lubricate the plastic support/bushing.

If you heard a bunch of swearing coming from the Northwest corner of the United States, that was me. The pedals are now swapped. No harm done, thanks to Steven catching this early. Many thanks. This time I also put some powdered graphite on the green plastic bushing before reassembly. The pedals are still stiffer than I expected, but noticeably better.

Hi there. is it possible that you have your peddles in the wrong position (forward and aft). Zenith shows there left peddles are closer to the pilot and the right peddles closer to the engine. Thus making your brake cylinders offset to the point that they will require different brake pedal pressure when you’re turning the aircraft. The mount at the bottom of your cylinders appears fine.
