Got these put on today - took about 4 hrs total time. There are 44 per wing. I considered putting them also across the skylight but wanted to think about it a bit. Anyone have any thoughts? Perfect weather forecast for flight testing tomorrow.

Thanks David !!!

Paulo, I had clean approach to stall speeds of approx 47 KIAS and half flap speed of approx 42 KIAS.  Seems to have lost some margin of lift while maneuvering at slow speed during landing phase, so landing a bit faster seems more comfortable to me, esp during gusty weather conditions.  I also find that it is not as fast to slow down while I'm on base and final during my approach to landing.  It has been a bit of adustment in technique to accomodate.

Joe, I suspect you are right about any performance improvement to be gained.  Just the fact that cleaning the top window would be a PITA is enough for me to not pursue it.

I had thought about putting them on the skylight as well but have never got around to doing it. I suspect they wouldn't make much difference to the stall speed and would make cleaning the perspect a whole lot less convenient. I guess I have spares for when I knock some of them off with the fuel hose, although that has not happened yet.
