Zenith had a seat sale in December 2015. They are using one of their sources close to Zenair in Midland Ontario. There is a link on this site with details.

I bought my original board from http://store.controlvision.com/category/EXPB/EXP-Bus-Products/1.html. I put one in the CH601HD that I built in 2004. You can also get them Aircraft Spruce. I bought my last one from eBay, a builder of an RV decided not to use his so I bought it for $200. I like it..a nice product.

Hi Jerry...I bought the foam from Zenith recommended supplier. http://www.zenithair.com/misc/seatfoam.html A local shop provided the auto upholstery fabric and the finishing. I scanned the Zenith log and had another shop sew the logo into the upholstery.
