Floats are off, starting to figure out the "ski thing" while I wait on parts to fix my oil leak

Loren, yes the skis are by Datum and they are located in Baconcour, QC. I'm sure they will be a bit of a challenge to initially install. Some figuring and fabrication for attach points of bridles, bungees, and cables, etc. is required. I'll try to document what I do and my rationale as I do so.
