Runway 11 Poison Spring, UT
My first landing at Poison Spring airstrip in SE Utah. The strip is on a narrow canyon bench with precipitous drop-offs on all sides. There’s only about 800’ usable, and it’s considered the most hazardous Backcountry strip in Utah. This is looking southeast. Right behind my plane in the picture is a vertical drop-off into a steep canyon.
