You'r wellcom, I have looked today to this spot in the stabilaizer and there is that hole still not riveted and another one closer to the horn not shown in the photo is the same left open, I'm realy not sure what is it for ,. but I don't think there need for an angle or any support in this area.

Thank you for all of your documentation. I had some concerns about the hole next to the horn. I see you have the same little hole to the right.
