Hi Gary,
Looks like good workmanship. I had a similar setup on my Zodiac. It did work but I ended up changing it because I found the servo lacked the torque needed. The travel on the aileron horn is minimal and the torque available on the servo is also limited. For that reason I extended the aileron horn and flipped the servo arm 180 degrees so the push rod runs close to the bottom skin. This increased the servo’s throw and reduced the torque demand.
