I’m building the CH 650. I’m looking for information on short field take off from sod runway. What have you gotten for the amount of takeoff distance with the Jabiru or the UL engine? Or could you give me a contact name to e-mail at Zenith for this information.

I need a bit of info. Can I cut off the ends of the front channel 6B7-3 that is attached to the front of the firewall where the engine mount sit? The engine mount will now sit directly against the firwall. The reason I`m asking, I stuffed up the hole location on that part. Andre
