I could not find very many photos of rubber fuel line installations to get ideas from, so after a lot of deliberating I decided on this route.

Ok cool, better to be sure before there is a hiccup, maybe use some thread lok on the nut that retains the on/off lever as well

Ray, I will check into this valve to confirm it's use for fuel. A/C sells it as a fuel valve, here is the link:

Won't do anything with it till I know for sure, thanks for the heads up.

Hi Jimmy, I am building a 701 and plan says fit as close as possible to the rudder pedals, just something that struck me looking at your photo, or am I mistaken?. The fuel shut off valve looks just like the type we use on the farm as a water tap from the local hardware store, which has a thin white plastic seal that seals on the brass ball, used as a water tap they dont last long and nearly always the handles come loose and fall off! hence justed asking if this is a good item to use for fuel control.

Brake master cylinders are installed per plan, unless I've screwed up. Been a while since I did that, but I'm pretty sure the pilot holes were pre-drilled for the mounting brackets. Seemed to fit up correctly, but I'll re-check to make sure.

Not sure about a plastic seal, the interior of the valve has a brass ball valve. What seal are you refering to?

intersting position you have mounted the brake master cylinders at. Will you get enough leverage with them mounted further away from the pedal pivot point?

The fuel shut off valve has a plastic seal on the shut-off ball , is this ok for use with petrol?
