Grip pinned the top skin, making sure that the top is flat. Dont assume that using the old holes will make it flat without strapping. I did this first time and noticed a 2 degree twist, odd but true. Re did it strapped to a flat table the second time around and no twist. Cold and damp in the workshop so I bought it into the kitchen. I know the tables flat, I built that a few years ago. (out of old Church pews)
