I will be putting mine back on the scales soon and I will send it to you in detail. I imagine mine will be sightly heavier than yours.

Paul,

did you do a final W&B yet?  I just did mine yesterday and almost had a stroke!  The envelope is fine now, but after fine tuning the leveling of the fuselage I'm pushing 900lbs.  :-O

Adding 14 lbs to the tail and replacing the starter (-8 lbs) off the starter should not have made it that fat...  My nose is showing 272 lbs when level.  72 lbs more than an O-200 seems like a lot.  Mains seem in line with other builds.

I'm re-doing the W&B it today in case I messed something up.  I'm going to level it with the bottom of the wings this time and see if the numbers change, seems like the fuselage level could be off depending on how you set the wings.  I'll see if that makes the nose lighter.  Just curious what your numbers are...

I am starting it up next week. I'll video it :)

That is Awesome!  Can't wait to see the Big Lycoming (for a 750!) in action.  Paul you better video the first flight or at least the first start... I want to hear that thing roar!

Still 2' of snow here so I won't be out of the garage until at least mid to late April... :(

Dropped in to see Paul last evening.  What a great job he's doing on his plane. He'll be flying it soon.

We'll see, but I don't think the corvair will give him much competition.
